adopting a different approach in issuing strata titles, a move that will see
some changes in the provisions of the Strata Titles Act 1985. Minister Tan

of strata titles without waiting for the completion of the buildings.

State Assemblyman Datuk Liew Yuen Keong said the project had been delayed

company, Hiap Aik Construction Bhd.

apartments at Projek Perumahan Rakyat in Pekan Batu, Sentul in Kuala Lumpur
have been told not to pay certain individuals who claim to have "ways" of
getting their applications approved. Batu MP Ng Lip Yong said his office had
received five complaints on the matter so far.

AFTER waiting for 12 years, 250 house buyers of Taman Lingkaran Nur, Phase
1, in Batu 12, Cheras, Hulu Langat are hopeful again that they will finally
