Prepare guide, govt told 01/09/1992 MM

THE developer of the 19 houses in Taman Putra damaged by erosion says it has not given any undertaking to the State Government to build replacement units for the affected families. A spokesman for the developer, MCB Holdings Bhd, said the company was not liable for the damages as the houses had been handed over to the buyers more than a year ago
