Developer gets one week to replace faulty switch 03/01/2000  MM
THE developer of the Desa Serdang flats has been given a week to replace a faulty main switch which caused a two-day blackout that affected 150 residents last Thursday. Serdang MP Datuk Yap Pian Hon said the developer, Ampang Ukays Sdn Bhd, had failed to replace the switch despite advice from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).

HOUSING developers in Kedah who fail to implement projects from now on will not have their applications for new projects approved, said Menteri Besar Datuk Syed Razak Syed Zain.
