SUNGAI BESI: Penduduk Taman Melati di Serendah, dekat Rawang, tidak perlu membuat bayaran penyelenggaraan jika benar pemaju projek perumahan itu tidak menguruskan kawasan itu mengikut perjanjian. Menteri Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan, Datuk Dr Ting Chew Peh, berkata tindakan itu dirasakan wajar dengan keadaan yang dihadapi oleh penduduk di taman berkenaan.
