PURCHASERS of the revived Asia Heights housing project in Bandar
Baru Air Itam in Penang can look forward to moving into their new
homes by June next year.
Developer Asia Green Development Sdn Bhd business development
assistant general manager Bonnie Saw said she expected to get the
Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the project by the middle of next
year.
The project comprises a block of 490 low medium-cost (LMC) units
(previously known as Seri Semarak) and three blocks of 816
medium-cost apartments (previously known as Fobina Ria).
Saw said the 17-storey LMC block was about 80% completed and all the
units had been sold.
She added that Block C, consisting of 420 apartment units, was 60%
completed.
“Both the LMC block and Block C will be completed by the end of this
year,” she said in an interview yesterday.
Saw said Blocks B and A, comprising 288 and 108 apartment units
respectively, were also expected to be completed by the middle of
next year.
“We have just completed the piling work for Block B and the
earthwork for Block A,” she added.
She said so far, about 65% of the apartment units, measuring 77.9 sq
m (838 sq ft) each, had been sold. The apartments are priced from
RM120,998.
“We are inviting unit owners and potential buyers to view some
completed units in Block C,” she added.
The public can view the units from 10am to 6pm from today to Sunday.
