IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 [Act 118], the Minister makes the following regulations:

1.  Citation and commencement.

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2003.

(2) These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 December 2002.

2.  Amendment of regulation 4.

Subregulation 4(3) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Regulations 1989 [P.U. (A) 58/1989] is amended by substituting for the words "five hundred" the words "one thousand".
