Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966[Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

1. Citation

This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2008.

2. Exemption

The Minister exempts the housing developers specified in column (1) of the Schedule from the provisions of the Act for the development and sale of houses specified in column (2) in the areas specified in column (3).
